Bookings & Payments
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place on the tour. We accept payments by credit and debit card through Flow.

Itinerary Changes
Paseito reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to adverse weather conditions, safety issues or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered.
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must follow the driver's instructions at all times to ensure their safety and that of the group. Paseito is not responsible for injuries, losses or damages caused by passenger negligence or by not following instructions.
Travel Insurance
All our tours include basic accident insurance covering medical emergencies during the tour. We recommend purchasing additional travel insurance for greater coverage, especially for high-mountain or adventure tours.
Age & Health Requirements
Some tours have a minimum age or require a specific level of physical fitness. Check the details of each tour before booking. Passengers with pre-existing medical conditions must inform us at the time of booking.
Luggage & Belongings
Each passenger is responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. We recommend bringing only what is necessary and keeping valuables safe. Paseito is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
Conduct
We expect all passengers to behave respectfully toward other passengers, the driver and the places visited. We reserve the right to exclude from the tour any passenger whose behavior is inappropriate or puts the group's safety at risk, without the right to a refund.
Photos & Videos
During the tours, our drivers may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. By taking part in the tour, you consent to the use of these images in our marketing materials, social media and website.
Changes to the Terms
Paseito reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately after they are published on our website.
